Grandfather Foley used to have great fun chasing the grandkids around the house in his blue pyjamas, flapping his arms around claiming to be the “blue mosquito”. The band name originated from these precious family memories. The word “Daideo”, which is Gaelic for grandfather, is now even more prized as it covers the rich musical heritage of Moire’s own clan |
